Booking/changing your appointment and cancellations

Dear customers,

your appointment is very important for me as your beauty therapist. Your appointment is reserved especially for you. While I understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary, I respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. When you make an appointment, please read our appointment policy.

 

  • Consultation Fee: A consultation with me costs £30. If you choose to proceed with the treatment, this fee will be applied as a deposit towards the full treatment cost. However, if you decide not to proceed with the treatment after the consultation, the £30 fee will cover the cost of my time and expertise.

  • Deposit for Treatment: To secure your appointment, you will be asked to pay a non-refundable deposit of £30 for a single treatment. This deposit will be deducted from the full price of your treatment.

  • Rescheduling Policy: If you need to reschedule, the deposit can be transferred to another date only once, provided we receive at least 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled appointment. After this one-time transfer, the deposit will be forfeited if further changes are made.

  • Payment Deadline: Please ensure that the deposit is paid within 3 days of making the appointment. Failure to pay within this time frame will result in the appointment being cancelled.

  • Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you anticipate being late for any reason, kindly inform me as soon as possible.
