TREATMENT
What I mean by know is that you can spend all week in the gym and buy the most expensive branded clothes but if you fail to get your main focal point (your face) in good order you could be giving others an edge over you.
First impressions really do count and having a glowing complexion can make a huge difference.
Most women have known for a long time that along with all the gym work and designer clothes you really need to manage your complexion and give it the same attention as you would do to your diet, or your workouts.
In reality you need to build a workout routine for your complexion
This workout should consist of a detailed homecare routine coupled with regular bespoke treatments from a skin specialist.
A regular mens facial can maintain your skin at its very best. You will notice an immediate improvement in your skins condition even after one session.
Facial’s can be very relaxing and cleansing but what I like to achieve is building a long-lasting moisturised complexion that gives you a confidence boost.
Once your complexion starts to glow people will notice and they will tell you which in turns builds your confidence.
Mens facials are designed to help combat some of the most common skin conditions.
Rosacea
Redness
Black Heads
Skin Pigmentation
Dehydrated skin
Sun Damage
Wind Damage
Fine / Deep Lines
Yes, of course beards can be worked around, and treatment plans can be tailored to your specific needs.
Cleansing – Face cleansing should be the first step in any skincare routine, as it really helps to clears away impurities and excess oil that can clog pores and create looking dull skin.
This does not mean a brutal regime with any old product. Find out what skin type you are and buy products that compliment it. Some people use a strong cleanser which is not suited to their skin type, and this can leave your skin unbalanced as it can break down your natural protective barrier.
Toning – Not everyone needs toner, lets get that straight. However, careful use of the correct toner can be a wonderful way to refresh skin and remove any residual debris.
If you are prone to acne then look for a toner with ingredients such as salicylic acid, this can help prevent breakouts.
If you have dry or sensitive skin, then look for a hydrating toner that avoids alcohol as an ingredient as this too can leave your skin fighting to correct its natural balance. Look for toners with ingredients like glycerin and hyaluronic acid to soothe.
Moisturising – Keeping your skin moisturised and hydrated is essential for that all important glow.
You should always try and find a moisturiser or serum that suits your specific skin type as this can both treat and protect.
It is also worth noting that you should change your moisturiser according to the time of year.
In summer you should try and use a lighter moisturiser and in winter you need a richer moisturiser that contains more protective oils.
The treatments are personally designed to help improve your skin condition, appearance and requirements.
